​Pain is an unfortunate reality of the human experience. Sometimes, in our attempts to control pain, whether it's emotional, physical, psychological, or otherwise, we are also pulled away from things in our lives that are important to us, resulting in a less fulfilling life. Your decision to pursue therapy is an important step in moving towards the things in your life that matter most to you. My therapeutic approach is focused on learning to step out of the struggle against your pain and to identify the strengths you already possess to live a more rewarding and meaningful life.

A Bit About Therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to create lasting emotional and behavioral changes. I also utilize Sex Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to address sexual difficulties and improve the intimacy and connection in your relationship. No two people are exactly alike so we'll work together to develop a treatment plan that works for you.

My approach to treatment is collaborative, supportive, and strength-based, to promote the autonomy and skills to be your best self. I strive to create a warm, accepting environment where you can engage in genuine self-reflection and exploration to create the richness and meaning you desire in your life.
